Today was beautiful! The sun was out, there were no clouds, I even went walking with my mom. The weather put me in such a "sunny" mood, that I decided to post some shades for the "dawn of spring." ( All @ Urban Outfitters.) I'm just hoping the nice weather stays! :)

What a Nasty Gal!

Nasty Gal has now become my favorite crazy shoes store/online store. Urban Outfitters is my second, but anyway...( I love big, clunky, outrageous shoes. I think sometime soon, I need to invest in at least one pair. Did I mention I'm really cheap? $40.00 is my limit on shoes at the time being; $20.00 for flats.)   Okay, back to what I was talking about. Their shoes are unbelieveable, including the price unfortunately, but I thought I'd show you some faves I found online They aren't too out there but aren't too dull either, basically wearable. But, believe me, if you are looking for a crazy heel, go to Nasty Gal! The ones below aren't the half of the other ones!!!

Nope, I don't have a pintrest account. I barely have enough time to blog, which leaves time only for homework ;) So what I did is made my own homemade pintrest. More of a collage really, but it was uber fun! I like that word... uber. I'm a creative writer in my free time, what do you expect? :)

DIY 3-D Nails!

Hey, guess what!? Today you get a project, DIY 3-D nails! Pretty cool, huh? I got the original idea from Teen Vogue, but used different sparkles and nail polish. It doesn't look TOTALLY 3-D, sparkly more than anything, sorry I'm not the best nail artist!

So, what your gonna need:

Any color glitter

Any color nail polish (I suggest sinful colors, that's the one I used.)

Clear top coat polish 

small makeup brush

How to:

First, paint your nails with the color nail polish. Quickly after applying, sprinkle glitter on top. Use makeup brush to lightly push in the glitter. Then let dry. Next, paint another coat of color on top of the glitter (optional, it just makes the nail polish color stand out more...) After letting the nails dry again, apply clear top coat polish.

Then yippie You got your 3-D nails!! :)
